Stacie Santana is a marketing transformation executive focused on building the operating models, technology ecosystems and AI governance and adoption frameworks that power modern marketing organizations. As Senior Director of Marketing Operations at The Home Depot, she leads enterprise marketing transformation across operating model design, AI adoption, marketing technology and content supply chain modernization — bridging marketing, product, finance and technology so the organization can operate with speed, clarity and accountability at scale.
Over her tenure she has driven some of the organization's most significant capability investments — including the acquisition and integration of a 250,000 sq. ft. full-service content studio, the development of a China-based production studio built from the ground up and the establishment of a global studio network designed to deliver content at speed and scale.
She has also led the marketing organization's first enterprise approach to AI — establishing governance, prioritization and experimentation frameworks for AI adoption, founding cross-functional AI acceleration programs that align business, product and technology leaders, and building the measurement frameworks and operating models marketing uses to evaluate brand visibility across AI-powered search and large language models.
She leads through people, believing that the strongest operating models are only as powerful as the teams and culture behind them. While energized by the technology and innovation shaping the future of marketing, she believes deeply in the human experiences that create lasting connections between brands and people.
Outside of her corporate role, Stacie is co-founder of Le Babe — an Atlanta-based beauty and wellness brand built on a mission to invest in women's confidence, offering an elevated client experience in the heart of Inman Park.
