As Senior Director of Marketing Operations at The Home Depot, she leads enterprise marketing transformation across strategy, operating model design, AI adoption and content supply chain modernization for one of the world’s largest retailers. Her team connects the full marketing ecosystem — from planning and investment strategy to creative production, technology enablement and scaled content delivery — enabling the organization to operate faster, smarter and with greater accountability.

Stacie works across marketing, product, finance and technology to align strategy, systems and teams — ensuring marketing can operate with speed, clarity and accountability. Outside of her corporate role, she is also a co-founder of Le Babe, an Atlanta-based blow-dry salon concept focused on elevated client experiences and creating spaces that help women feel confident and celebrated.
